■Day1 Udon Master Class &Farm Tour
Learn all that goes into making an incredible serving of Sanuki Udon. Each participant will craft their own Udon from scratch under the guidance of local Udon specialists, exploring traditional favorites and wild renditions, discovering the depth and variety that made Sanuki Udon the local pride and the standard against which all Udon is measured. A local farm visit is included, providing a window into the local agriculture and fresh Udon toppings.
■Day2 Udon Breakfeast Tour & Activity on the Seto Inland Sea
In Udon Country, rise and shine with - you guessed it - Udon! The best Udon is where the locals eat, and in Kagawa, they aren't printed in the guidebooks. Following samplings from a few local mainstays and hidden favorites, head out for an afternoon excursion and soak up the majesty of the Seto Inland Sea.
Setouchi Sea Kayak Trip
The Seto Inland Sea, or simply Setouchi always gives us the full of adventure! Sea kayaking is such a fun way to explore the peaceful coves, unique shorelines and crystal waters shading from turquoise to deep blue. Your guide loves helping and showing you our favorite area with local knowledge of nature and history. Enjoy the cooking experience of traditional “Iriko-Meshi” or rice cooked with dried anchovies. Setouchi’s rich bounty awaits you, feel and taste them!

12:00 Cooking experience of local dish on a serene beach (Lunch).
14:30 Kayak again, heading back to the base.
15:30 Arrive to the kayak base.
16:00 Dismissing at kayak base or UDON HOUSE.

(Shoji)Your prior kayaking experience is not necessary. Sea kayaks, all of the safety equipment and specialized kayaking apparel such as buoyancy jackets are provided. Safety is our highest priority and our experienced guides are great at making you feel comfortable. We use stable double kayaks.
(Mitsuko)During kayak cruising, we often encounter groups of anchovies which become iriko, the broth of Sanuki Udon. You will surely feel that HERE is the very home of Udon culture!

What to bring:
Shorts, T-shirts, sandals or shoes, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, towel, swimwear, insect repellent, water bottle, warm top (fleece/ wool for cold weather) and a set of dry clothing (for after tour)
・Attendants are required to be over 12 years old.
・We will ask you to inform us of any existing allergies (against food, insect bite etc ) or medical conditions that could affect your ability to complete the tour in advance.
Those who wish to stay an additional night are able to do so for an additional 5,000 Yen (tax excluded).
Reservations can be made online in advance.
Stay extensions are possible following the completion of the program, however are subject to room availability.
